The Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) is an umbrella organisation representing a global membership of 7,500 members from the mineral exploration and development sector.
The annual PDAC Convention is a huge international event that has attracted more than 25,000 people from 135 different countries. It is an important platform for innovation in the mining sector and JetGuard fits the criteria perfectly.
JetGuard has been developed to provide reliable dewatering in even the toughest underground environments. Specifically, JetGuard is designed for mines where Shotcrete is used for ground support.
Shotcrete fibres from the walls mix in with the wastewater and traditionally contribute to a high level of pump failure. JetGuard has been designed from the ground up to be resilient and long-lasting in those demanding underground locations where Shotcrete is present.
